Lately she has put together her own band, Familien (the Family), and in February they released their debut album, Hold On Dreamer. Last night the band played support for a-ha in Oslo.

Oslo Fjordfest 2015 – Day One with Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell, Amund Maarud, Wovehand and more

June and August see many festivals, and this year, Oslo Fjordfest is a new festival, placed in July. As a debutante, the festival have a realistic ambition, having 2015 as a test year. by:Larm 2015 – Friday, Day Two

Slutface © Per Ole HagenThe second night of the by:Larm festival saw a lot more people at the venues than the day before. Many of the concerts were packed, and you had to get there early to get in. Even the biggest venue, Sentrum Scene, had a line outside when Aurora Aksnes held her concert. This means that the festival is popular, not only with the delegates, but also among the general public in Oslo. (Picture above: Haley Shea from Slutface)
